David C. Toland, Thrive Allen County CEO—Iola, Kansas
David Toland is the first CEO of Thrive Allen County, a nonprofit coalition that works to improve quality of life and economic conditions in Allen County, Kansas. The coalition is known locally and nationally for its innovative approaches to improving healthcare access, healthy lifestyles and economic development in a small, rural Kansas county utilizing the development of 20 miles of new trails as one of the key strategies for re-building the local community.
