The Worcester Telegram & Gazette ran a story about several Coldbrook Snowmobile Club members who saved a fellow snowmobiler’s life earlier this winter.

Driving snowmobiles through the hills and woods of New England can be a heart-stopping ride. In David “Butch” C. Poudrier’s case, the heart-stopping part has a literal meaning.

Mr. Poudrier, 65, of Easthampton, fell unconscious with a stopped heart almost two months ago at a vintage snowmobile event held by the Coldbrook Snowmobile Club in Winchendon.

Yesterday, Mr. Poudrier and his wife, Joyce E. Poudrier , attended a lunch sponsored by the club at King Phillip Restaurant to meet the people who saved his life in January.” Read the full story here.
