AccuWeather.com Chief Long-Range Meteorologist Joe Bastardi is predicting early snow in the Northeast for the upcoming season. Although the temperatures will be seasonable, he predicts above average snowfall in the Northeast. He also hints that the snow will stay north of I-90, rather than south as it did last year in NY City and Washington D.C.
