A Bridge to Winter

This summer we completed our fifth major bridge project with a Mass Trails Grant. This project involved removing an old telephone pole bridge and replacing it with a steel beam bridge with 4×6 decking and 54″ high railings (recommended height for horses and riders that will also use the bridge). As usual our thanks goes out to all the volunteers that make big projects like this happen and to the land owners that let us have such amazing trail access.

With a lot of excitement over last year’s excellent snowfall and high hopes for a new season we will be out clearing and improving trails throughout the fall.
