Entry fee

$120.00 per person (includes: green fees, cart, and dinner). Payment is due no later than July 11, 2026. Send completed form to SAM with your entry fees or register online. Dinner only option available for those that want to join the fun without swinging a club ($30.00). Just write in dinner only in the Team Name slot if registering via postal mail.

Format

Tournament will be played in a four-person scramble format. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.

Cancellation policy

1. If golf tournament is canceled due to weather, player will receive a full refund.
2. If player cancels, one week notice is required to receive 50% of entry fee.
3. If player is a no-show, entry fee is non-refundable.

SAM is not a company, it is a non-profit organization of clubs who strive to develop and maintain an expanding interconnected snowmobile trail system, allowing snowmobile enthusiasts to travel from Worcester County to the Berkshires, in a safe, efficient manner. We are self-funded through trail pass memberships and fundraisers, much like this one. Without SAM the trails would cease to exist and snowmobiling would halt in Massachusetts. There are approximately 5,000 members of SAM, expanded across the state and even across state lines!
