The eligibility requirements for this award include the following:

  • Snowmobile Clubs that have demonstrated a deep commitment to snowmobiling and strive to make the sport even more enjoyable in the future should be nominated.
  • Individuals can make these nominations.
  • All nominations should include the Club’s name, address, a description of the Club’s activities and their contributions to snowmobiling, as well as an explanation as to why these contributions are particularly noteworthy.
  • All forms must be submitted to the SAM office by March 1.

You are not limited to these eligibility requirements or the space provided for filling out your nominations. Photos and Press clippings may be sent to us as well. (materials cannot be returned)

  • Does your club participate in charity events?
  • Explain how your club is promotes the sport of snowmobiling.
  • Describe any special projects your club has been working on.
  • Has your club been involved with the community?
  • Has your club been in contact with local legislators?
  • Is there anything else about the nominee you would like to share?
