Snowmobile Association of Massachusetts Grooming Contract

Complete this form and submit with white slip for reimbursement for trail passes for club grooming equipment.

Up to 10 groomers can be registered per form.

Qualifying Power Equipment: Please note the grooming sled needs to be club owned or purpose built in order to receive reimbursement for a SAM issued trail permit. Per: December SAM minutes 2009
