About our club

The Ware River Snowmobile Club was established on November 1, 2006 with approximately 25 members. In 2007 the club grew to 40 members with an expanding trail system. 2008 gave us over 70 members. 2009 with now 80 members, saw an improved trail system despite the HUGE Ice Storm we will all remember. As 2011 is about to start we are looking forward to more snow and more members.

We are located on the Western edge of Central Massachusetts and our trails cover the towns of Hardwick, New Braintree and Barre.

At this time we have around 15 miles of trails, starting in Hardwick center at Lazy Mary’s Pizza and connects in Barre to Corridor Trail 71. We continue to look for new areas to ride on with the help from our members.

With hard work, dedication and permission of private land owners, we hope to expand the trail system every year. We are a non-Profit 501c corporation promoting the safe, fun and family orientated sport of snowmobiling.
